He made the impossible happened, make me feel comfortable behind the wheel. He is very kind, professional, polite, and has a great sense of humor. He is flexible – willing to fit you in his agenda according to your agenda, he gives you great tips and feedback right on the spot and sends you important voice notes to remind procedures.
